As soon as I opened my eyes this morning, my daughter and I looked out the window. The whole world had turned white and romantic. 🌨️
My daughter was jumping up and down with excitement. She was in such a rush to get to school that she barely touched her breakfast.
However, the drive to school was terrifying. The roads were frozen, and the car wheels kept spinning on the accumulated snow. It was scary, but… my craving for the famous Korean Bagel was stronger than my fear. 😅 After dropping her off, I headed straight to the bakery.
I bought my favorite Chive Bagel, a sandwich (for my husband), Salt Bread, and some Baby Choux (Cream Puffs) for my daughter. It cost 20,000 won (about $15)… Bread prices are scary these days! 💸
Back home, I sat down with my savory Chive Bagel and a hot cup of coffee, looking out at the snowy scenery. I felt a deep sense of gratitude and happiness. I thanked the Lord for allowing me to enjoy this peaceful daily life. 🙏
